LX series of single girder udnerslung cranes is type of light weight single girder overhead crane with underslung crane design, equipped with cd/md wire rope hoist/ chain hoist, for light duty workshop overhead material handling crane, which utilizes your ceiling structure and overhead room to make the best use of your overhead clearance and offer the largest floor room for your workshop.

The single girder underslung crane is built to international standards. It is a light duty overhead crane with a single bridge girder that runs on a suspension track and is typically equipped with a CD1 and/or MD1 type electric wire rope hoist. The lifting capacity of the single girder underslung crane is 1–10 ton, the span is 3–15 m, and the traveling speed is 20–30 m/min. Customized underslung crane designs are available based on application conditions and customer needs.

Single girder underslung cranes, also known as under-hung, under-running, or suspension cranes, are ideal for factories and warehouses that require a large amount of free space with no obstructions. They allow for more flexible production flow while also improving safety and accessibility when a process necessitates the use of floor-traveling vehicles as well as hoisting cranes. The under running cranes runs on track beams that are part of the building's roof structure, eliminating the need for supporting floor columns. The under slung crane runs on the lower flanges of track beams suspended from the roof or ceiling. Tha’s why, the udnerlusng crane also is called ceiling crane or ceiling mounted crane, etc.

The light duty single girder underlung crane is typically used in general use applications and environments that there is no contain combustible, explosive, or corrosive substances or media, such as machinery assembly, warehouses, caves, and so on.

Is the your building structure strong enough to support the weight of underslung crane system and the rated load weight? If this is not possible, a freestanding overhead crane system is an option. The disadvantage of a freestanding crane system is that it takes up floor space that could otherwise be used for production or other purposes.

In general, the single girder underslung overhead crane kits have greater flexibility, functionality, and ergonomic solutions, whereas the higher running overhead crane kits have higher capacity lifts, higher lift heights, and more overhead room.
