On steel supports using wall bracket/ wall mounting

The simplest type of mounting of wall mounted jib cranes is the bolting onto existing steel supports. For the installation of the wall jib crane, the support structure must be of structurally sufficient size or reinforced to have sufficient strength to support the jib crane and exhibit a sufficiently wide connection surface.

On reinforced concrete supports using brackets

The wall mounted jib crane can be mounted on square or rectangular reinforced concrete supports if the structural size is suitable with brackets. The required tension forces can be applied through threaded rods to hold and support the jib crane at the desired height securely. The concrete support must have suitable width for the mounting of wall jib crane as required.

On reinforced concrete walls or supports using weld-on plates

A wall mounted jib crane also can be supported by Concrete walls or support structures on weld-on plates through suitable mounting plates with grouted anchoring as a substructure. When carrying out this construction work, ensure that the mounting plates are perfectly flush and have plumb-vertical connection surfaces. Welded-on plates are attached to the substructure. The crane's wall brackets or wall mountings are bolted to the weld-on plates.

On steel supports using weld-on plates

Weld-on plates can be welded directly onto steel supports or load-bearing steel structures where the wall jib crane will be installed, providing holes will not or cannot be drilled through them.
On reinforced walls using wall brackets and through-wall anchors
For mounting on reinforced concrete walls of adequate load-bearing capacity, wall brackets are used to mount and support the wall jib crane.

Notes: It is required to inspect the building structure where the wall jib crane will be installed because the working jib cranes transfer forces and torque to the building and supporting structures. To ensure your safe opeation of the jib crane, it entirely depends on the adequate checking of the support structure by a professional structural engineer.
