Inspection of gantry crane and inspection of maintenance grounding

The way to check the camber of the main girder of the gantry crane is to level the main girder with a cushion frame and make the difference between the elevations of the upper cover plates at the two seat plates ≤ 2mm. Assuming a double girder structure, the cushion frame should be placed directly under the main girder seat plate; if it is a single main girder structure, the cushion frame maintains the centerline at 700mm outside the main girder seat plate.

In addition, it is the inspection of the maintenance grounding of the gantry crane. On the one hand, it is necessary to check whether the metal structure of the tower crane is well connected to the electrical equipment shell; on the other hand, check the repeated grounding of the neutral line. The tower body on the ground should be grounded repeatedly, otherwise an independent grounding body should be set up for repeated grounding.
