The operator of the electric hoist should check whether the operating conditions meet the requirements before operating, check the obstacles that affect the lifting operation, check the status of the counterweight, and confirm the status of the hoisting equipment; check the magnification of the hook, the wire rope and the pulley block and whether the object is hoisted Match; check the technical condition of the hoist, especially the working condition of the safety protection equipment. At the same time, investigate whether the condition of each part is normal, whether the upper and lower pulley blocks are securely fixed, whether the wire rope is correctly inserted into the pulleys of the pulley block; whether the two upside down suspension points of the upper replacement winch are firm. Normal operation can be performed only when the functions of each part are normal.

 Confirmation of lifting points

Use two 3T*6M slings to fix the two ends of the electric hoist at an angle of about 60° and find the lifting point that balances the hoist. After finding the lifting point, check the lashing situation of each part, and tie the hemp rope to prepare for lifting after checking it is correct.
