1. Sign contract

Welcome to our company for factory tour and technical discussions before signing contract.

2. Production

Production will be arranged after we receive deposit payment. Strictly according to your demanded parameters, power supply, frequency, we will make the suitable blue planning for your confirmation.  

During production, we will report you the progress every 2-3 weeks and take photos on site to show you the production status.  

Onsite supervising during production can be arranged upon your request.

Strict QC procedures are implemented in incoming materials inspection, ultrasonic inspection for welds (upon request), assembly inspection and final inspection before delivery.

3. Cargo acceptance

Upon completion of production, we welcome you come to examine the cranes before delivery. Third-party examination is also acceptable.

4. Package

Seaworthy package is included in the offer.

• All girders are packed by woven plastic cloth to avoid rain/water;
• Electricals are packed in plywood box as standard export packing.
• For some other accessories such as rails that couldn't be packed in box, will be packed separately.
• All packages will be taken photos according to checklist and we will report to client.
• All shipping documentation will be in English.
• Shipping will be arranged after receiving balance payment.

Delivery

• Ship by containers: Before loading, check container type, size and internal environment. Load items into container after checking.
• List all details of packaged pieces, weight and size. Take loading pictures to ensure no incorrect or missing items;
• Install braces on big parts for convenient lifting when necessary;
• Fix and place all parts and components to avoid collision. Take measures for rust preventing and deformation during transportation.
