Slide Wire or Festoon cable, what’s difference?

Dear Mrs AFIFA NEDJAR,
Thanks for your attachment. The difference between the security slide wire
and the festoon cable is as below,
1. Slide wire is usually used for long travelling distance, like crane travelling,
20m-200m.
Its safe, small space occupation and easy to maintain.
It's relatively more expensive than the festoon cable.
2. The festoon cable is used for short travelling distance, like trolley travelling.
It's relatively cheaper compare to the slide wire.

Which is better for you, the sliding wire, festoon cable or busbar? 

Our chain hoist quotation didn't include the slide wire or festoon cable cost.
If you need it, kindly tell me how much travelling length do you need, I will
send you our best offer.

Kindly tell me the total power of the crane and the power of the hoist for
every overhead crane.
The slide wire model is up to the total power of the two overhead cranes.
The feston cable model is up to the hoist power.
Once I get the power parameters, I will send you the suited slide wire and

quotations we received up to now… We are a little bit in confusion, some
items are not included some are not clearly mentioned. Please clarify the
quotation and mention clearly all the included accessories.
As you can see also, there is a big price difference between the first and the

Thanks for your detailed documents.
According to your requirement, my answer is as follows,
1. The "shell" means the chain hoist's shell, it is included in quo2 & quo3.
2. The chain bag is included for every quotation.
3. I forget to add the slipper slipper collectors (2 sets) to the quotation,
please see the revised quotation attached
4. The slide wire system includes the slipper and end tensioner etc you
noted in your document.
Below is a picture for you to see what our system includes.
5. The first quotation is only the chain hoist, the second is the whole
overhead crane and the slide wire system.
The last is the chain hoist, end carriages, slide wire&festoon cable. Besides, our chain hoist is the normal type one, if you need the low
headroom type, please tell me.

just assume that for every single crane we have double end tensioner
and slipper collector, which means we have a total of 04 end tensioner
and 04 slipper collector for the two cranes.
