Flexible KBK Accessories Installation Guide | KBK Track System Setup
Welcome to the Flexible KBK Accessories Installation Guide. Follow these steps carefully to ensure safe and efficient setup.
Step 1: Installing the Hoisting Device
First, assemble the suspension and hanging clamp together.
Next, fix the suspension onto the I-beam.
Then, use the hanging clamp to lift the KBK track, and make sure all bolts are tight.
Step 2: Installing the Connectors
Connector spacing is usually one point three to one point five meters.
For each trolley assembly, you will need two manual trolleys and one connecting plate.
Remove the pin from the trolley, then align the round holes of the connecting plate with the trolley holes.
Install the pin and secure it with a cotter pin.
After that, fix the main beam in place.
Step 3: Installing the Hoist Point
Remove the pin from the trolley connecting plate.
Insert the lifting ring from the hoist point into the plate.
Reinstall the pin and secure it with a cotter pin.
Finally, install the assembled trolley group onto the track.
Step 4: Installing the Middle Stopper
Place the middle stopper into the track.
Tighten all bolts securely.
The stopper has a built-in buffer block to reduce wear between the trolley and the track.
Step 5: Installing the Cable Trolleys
Fix the cable to the trolley every two meters.
Install the trolleys one by one onto the track.
Secure the cable end at the end cable clamp.
Install cable sliders the same way as the trolleys.
Step 6: Installing the Track End Cap
Insert the end cap into the track and secure it with bolts.
Fix the end cable clamp under the end cap.
Tighten all nuts to complete the end installation.
Step 7: Installing the KBK Conductor Rail Bracket
Fix the hanger clamp onto the bracket’s elongated hole.
Attach the other end of the bracket to the KBK track.
Finally, install the seamless conductor rail. Installation is now complete.
