Inspection before leaving factory:

• Each explosion-proof electric hoist can only leave the factory after the factory inspection and test requirements are qualified . As for customized explosion proof electric hoists will be inspected carefully in terms of the user's special requirements and unique features.  All the electric hoist delivered before leaving factory should be accompanied by a product qualification certificate.
• Check whether the explosion-proof electrical equipment selected for the explosion-proof hoist has an "explosion-proof certificate". Check the type, grade and temperature group of explosion-proof electrical equipment according to the design drawing of explosion-proof hoist, and check the correctness of its installation.
• Check the records of the implementation of 6.3~6.5, 9.1 and 9.2.
• The rest of the inspection contents shall be inspected according to the inspection items of JB/T 5317 or JB/T 9008.2.
