• This crane lifting capacity is 500kg-20ton, span 3m-31.5m, lifting height 3m-30m.
• Standard lifting& travelling speed is single speed, also can be designed with double speed.
• The electric hoist is usually CD MD electric wire rope hoist, also can be replaced by electric chain hoist.
• For there are different standard power supplies in different countries, the crane can be designed according to the power supply in client's workshop, eg: China standard power is 380 voltage 50Hz 3phase. (Single phase is not available.)
• There are some necessary protecting devices on LD single girder overhead crane, eg: lifting & travelling limit switch, overload limiter, anti-collision buffers, etc.
• Lifting limit switch is for lifting protecting, prevent the hook from knocking the hoist.
• Travelling limit switch is from crane travelling protecting, prevent the crane from knocking the rail end.

The top running single girder overhead crane is used to for general material handling in various environment, such, as, factory, ware house, stockyard, etc. However, the LD series of top running overhead cranes are banned to be used in some dangerous environment, such as, combustible environment and explosive environment, where the LB type explosion proof top running single girder overhead crane will be adopted instead.
